Poly Epoxy Floors was founded by a contractor who got tired of watching homeowners get burned by cheap, peeling floor coatings that looked great on day one and failed within a year. The problem wasn't the concept — epoxy and polyaspartic coatings are genuinely excellent products. The problem was the shortcuts: inadequate surface prep, low-grade materials, and installers who moved on before the warranty issues showed up.
We built this company around a different philosophy. Every floor starts with proper diamond grinding. Every system uses commercial-grade materials. Every job gets a walkthrough before we leave. It costs more to do it right, and we charge accordingly — because a floor that lasts 20 years is a better value than one that needs redoing in three.
